These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Radiant Road Music, operated by Radiant Road Media LLC (“Radiant Road Music”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our personalised music service

Radiant Road Music creates personalised digital music based on information, preferences and instructions supplied by you.

Depending on the product purchased, your order may include a personalised Vision Song, a personalised short Vision Jingle, or a bundle containing both.

Each creation is made specifically in response to your individual brief and is therefore a personalised digital product.

2. Personal use only

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all songs, jingles, lyrics and other materials supplied by Radiant Road Music are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may listen to your music privately and use it as part of your own personal routines and activities.

You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, commercially exploit, use in paid advertising, use to promote a business, or otherwise commercially use the music without our prior written permission and, where applicable, an appropriate commercial licence.

3. Information you provide

After purchase, you will be asked to provide information about the vision, outcome, goal, ideas, phrases and musical preferences you would like reflected in your creation.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide and use any names, phrases or other material submitted to us.

Please do not submit confidential information, passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information that is not necessary for creating your song.

4. Creative interpretation

Personalised music is a creative service.

The information you provide acts as the creative brief, but you acknowledge that creating lyrics, melodies, arrangements, vocals and musical styles involves artistic interpretation.

Examples shown or played on our website demonstrate the types of music that may be created but do not guarantee that your finished music will sound exactly like any particular example.

Musical taste is subjective. A personal preference for a different melody, vocalist, arrangement, genre or interpretation does not by itself mean that the product is defective.

5. Lyrics and approval

Where Radiant Road Music asks you to review or approve lyrics before music production begins, it is your responsibility to check them carefully.

Once you approve the lyrics and music creation begins, substantial changes to the lyrics may be treated as a new creative request and may incur an additional charge.

If lyric approval is not requested before production, the revision provisions below will apply.

6. Revisions

Your purchase includes one round of minor lyric changes.

Minor changes may include corrections, small wording changes or reasonable adjustments that remain consistent with your original brief.

The following are not considered minor revisions:

• changing the main goal, subject or concept of the song;

• requesting substantially new lyrics;

• changing to a completely different genre or musical direction;

• requesting a new melody or entirely new musical composition;

• supplying substantially different instructions after work has begun; or

• requesting repeated alternative versions until a particular musical result is found.

Where you request a significant change or complete remake, we may offer to create a new version for an additional fee.

If we have clearly misunderstood or failed to reasonably follow your original brief, please contact us so we can review the situation and, where appropriate, correct it.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Because our songs and jingles are personalised digital products created specifically for each customer, orders are non-refundable once creation has begun.

If you wish to cancel an order before work has begun, contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, cancel and refund an order where no creative work has yet commenced.

Once we have begun writing, producing, generating, arranging or otherwise creating your personalised product, the purchase is non-refundable.

A change of mind, change in your goal, or preference for a different musical style after creation has begun does not entitle you to a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Digital delivery

Completed products will normally be supplied digitally, generally as an MP3 or another commonly used audio format.

Where applicable, written lyrics may also be supplied.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you are able to access the digital files provided to you.

9. Delivery times

Any estimated creation or delivery time shown on our website or communicated to you is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Personalised creative work can occasionally require additional time.

If an unusual delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

10. Artificial intelligence and music-production tools

Radiant Road Music may use digital tools, artificial-intelligence-assisted tools and third-party music-production technologies as part of the creative process.

By purchasing our personalised music service, you acknowledge and agree that such tools may be used to assist with composition, vocals, arrangement, production or other elements of your finished track.

Radiant Road Music remains responsible for developing your creative brief and producing the personalised product supplied to you.

11. Intellectual property

Except for the personal-use rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, Radiant Road Music and/or its applicable licensors retain all rights that we are legally entitled to retain in the music, lyrics, production and associated materials.

Your purchase does not transfer copyright, publishing rights, master rights or other intellectual-property ownership to you unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Your personalised licence allows you to enjoy the finished product for your own private, personal use.

12. Customer-submitted material

You must not ask us to incorporate material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

You must also not knowingly provide material that is unlawful or that you do not have permission to use.

If a third party makes a claim arising from material you supplied to us, you remain responsible for your use and submission of that material.

13. Names of artists and copyrighted songs

You may tell us broadly about the musical qualities you enjoy, such as upbeat pop, acoustic, country, rock, cinematic, soulful or gentle music.

We do not promise to reproduce or copy a specific copyrighted song, recording, melody or artist's distinctive work.

Any musical references you provide are treated as general creative guidance only.

14. No guarantee of outcomes

Vision Songs and Vision Jingles are creative and personal-use products.

We make no guarantee that listening to a song or jingle will produce any particular financial, business, health, relationship, personal-development or other outcome.

The music should not be regarded as financial, medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice.

15. Payments

Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Your payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply to your transaction.

You are responsible for any charges, taxes or fees that may lawfully apply to your purchase.

16. Refusal of service

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a creative request where the requested content is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, exploitative, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise inappropriate for our service.

If we decline an order before meaningful creative work has begun, any payment for the unfulfilled service will normally be refunded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radiant Road Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your purchase or use of our personalised music.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applying to your purchase will generally be those published on our website at the time your order is placed.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
